MICROSABLE

Service areas

Montreal, Laval, the South Shore, the North Shore and the West Island. We apply microcement and Venetian plaster across Greater Montreal.

The housing stock isn't the same from one area to the next, and neither is the work. A Plateau triplex, a Griffintown condo, a Laval bungalow basement and a Westmount stone house present different problems and different access constraints. Each page below sets out what we actually do in that area, and what to plan for.

MicrocementMontrealWe apply microcement across the island, from Plateau plexes to downtown condo towers. The principle doesn't change: we coat what's already there — tile, concrete, drywall — instead of tearing it out.from $16/sq ftView area
MicrocementPlateau-Mont-RoyalThe Plateau is plex country — and plexes create renovation problems that microcement solves better than tile does. Less weight, no demolition, and a continuous finish in rooms that were never square to begin with.from $16/sq ftView area
MicrocementGriffintown & Old MontrealThis is new-condo territory, and microcement answers one specific need here: getting out of the builder's generic tile without attempting a demolition in a tower where demolition is close to impossible.from $16/sq ftView area
Venetian plasterWestmount & Mount RoyalThis is where Venetian plaster genuinely belongs. In a 1920s stone house with original mouldings and ten-foot ceilings, hand-burnished lime reads as part of the architecture in a way paint cannot imitate.from $14/sq ftView area
MicrocementWest IslandWest Island houses are large, and that's exactly where microcement gets attractive: the bigger the area, the lower the rate per square foot, and the more the absence of grout lines shows.from $16/sq ftView area
MicrocementLavalLaval is bungalow and split-level country, with big basements and a lot of 1990s tile. Three conditions that make microcement the economical choice rather than the aesthetic one.from $16/sq ftView area
MicrocementSouth ShoreFrom Longueuil to Candiac, we cover the whole South Shore. The area mixes post-war bungalows with recent construction full of large-format tile — two profiles, one solution.from $16/sq ftView area
MicrocementNorth ShoreRosemère, Blainville, Terrebonne and Mascouche: recent, spacious houses where projects often clear 1,000 sq ft. This is the area where volume pricing applies most often.from $16/sq ftView area
