Our prices, posted.
Microcement is almost always sold "on request." We think that's pointless. Here's exactly what we charge — and why.
Floors — the rate drops as the area grows
Open-plan areas, basements, retail
Kitchens, large bathrooms
Bathrooms, entryways, powder rooms
Rates by surface
Floor and wall rates come down as the area goes up: setup, masking and cure days cost the same on 100 sq ft as they do on 800.
Options
Added only if your project needs them — and always confirmed with you before work starts.
Prices shown are before GST (5%) and QST (9.975%).
Project minimum
Whatever the area, a project starts at $3,900. A small bathroom still needs setup, masking, primer, base and finish coats, sealer and cure days — three crew days, in other words. We'd rather tell you up front than waste your phone call.
Full-project discount — 10%
Three or more surfaces in one mobilization? The crew is already set up, masked in, and the machine is running. We pass 10% back on the surface portion.
Included in every project
- Measurement visit and substrate assessment
- Finish samples applied in your home
- Full protection and masking of adjacent spaces
- Bonding primer, reinforcing mesh and minor levelling
- Two base coats and two finish coats
- Two to three coats of polyurethane sealer
- Full clean-up and debris disposal
- Written 5-year warranty on workmanship and adhesion
